Daikomyo Media LLC — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Daikomyo Media LLC ("Daikomyo," "we," "us," or "our") is a company based in Gilbert, Arizona. We operate AI phone assistants that answer and handle calls on behalf of home-service businesses, and we send transactional text (SMS) messages to people who contact those service lines and agree to receive them.

This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we handle when you interact with our phone and messaging services, and the choices you have. This page is provided for transparency and to describe our messaging program; it is not legal advice to you.

Information we collect

When you call a service line we manage, our voice assistant may collect:

  • your name;
  • your mobile phone number; and
  • details about your request — for example the type of service you need and your preferred appointment time.

We only collect what we need to handle your request and to send the messages you agreed to receive.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • answer your call and understand your request;
  • book, confirm, or reschedule an appointment;
  • follow up after a missed call;
  • reply to text messages you send us; and
  • send transactional notifications about your request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing text messages from this program.

Text messaging and consent

If you agree during a call to receive text messages, we may text you at the mobile number you provide. Your consent to receive texts is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

For details about the messaging program, see our SMS Terms & Conditions page.

Sharing your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Your mobile carrier and the messaging service providers we use process messages on our behalf in order to deliver them. We may also share information when required by law.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep information

We keep call and messaging information only as long as we need it to provide the service, to keep records of the messages we send, and to meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymize it.

Call recording

Calls to service lines we manage may be recorded or transcribed. We do this to keep an accurate record of what was agreed during the call — including your consent to receive text messages — and to improve our assistant. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 30 days and then deleted.

Your choices

  • Stop text messages: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.
  • Get help: reply HELP to any message, email us, or call us using the contact details below.
